The following terms and conditions are to be complied with at all times by customers and staff of Bel Pre Beer & Wine, and collectively make up our business delivery & shipping policy.

• We deliver to customers residing in Montgomery County Maryland only who are 21+, sober, and can prove it

• Delivery is $5, Free delivery for orders over $75, Minimum order is $60 before sales tax
• No Extra Fees
• We deliver with our employees (no 3rd party shippers)
• Driver can only deliver alcoholic beverages to an individual who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older, after the person taking possession of the alcohol presents the deliverer with a valid identification showing the individual's photograph and date of birth
• Drivers will not complete delivery transaction if any suspicion arises or evidence presents which indicates alcohol consumption by persons under the age of 21 is or will be occurring at premises.
• Drivers must not complete delivery transaction to any individual showing signs of intoxication
• Driver must at all times demonstrate awareness, maturity, and responsibility required in order to consistently execute this business policy in a professional manner
